Before you write
How early should we contact you before an event?
For large productions and championships, six to eight weeks. For corporate events, exhibition stands and gifts, three to four weeks is usually enough. Urgent requests are welcome and assessed case by case.
Do you work outside Muscat?
Yes. We have produced events across the Sultanate, including Musandam, Ibra and Dhofar, and we handle logistics end to end.
Do you build stands and fixtures yourselves?
Yes. We operate our own in-house workshop, which gives us full control over quality, timelines and finishing.
What do you need from us to prepare a proposal?
The event type, date, expected attendance, venue and an approximate budget range. The proposal form on this site collects all of these in two minutes.
Do you provide trophies and branded gifts on their own?
Yes. Trophies, shields, corporate gifts and packaging are available as standalone orders for government bodies, federations and companies.
